From the Start
menu, point to Programs and choose Internet Mail.

From the Mail
menu, choose Options.

Select the Server
tab.

Type your Full
Name in the Name field.

Type your Email
address in the Email address field.

Enter smtp.commspeed.net for the outgoing mail
server and mail.commspeed.net for the incoming mail server.

Type your username
(email name) and your Password.

Click on OK to
save your new settings.

Send emails to
those with whom you correspond to notify them of your email
address (username@commspeed.net).
