Double-click the Outlook Express
icon.
Click the triangle to the left of Accounts
to expand the list. From the Accounts
list, select E-mail.

Under Account Information, in the Full
name text box, type your full name (see below).
In the E-Mail Address text box, type your username, the @
symbol, followed by commspeed.net
Under Sending Mail, in the SMTP Server text box, type smtp.commspeed.net
Under Receiving Mail, in the Account ID text box, type
your CommSpeed username.
In the POP server text box, type mail.commspeed.net
In the Password text box, type your password.
Click the OK button
