SPAM Center, you
will be able to control what e-mail gets to you and what
e-mail does not.
The CommSPEED SPAM
Center continuously receives updates from a world-wide
SPAM and virus database which will provide
the quickest and most up-to-date protection available
today. No action is required by you, this painstaking
work of filtering out known e-mails and viruses is
handled automatically by our systems.
How do I use it?
If our scanners trap one or more
pieces of junk mail, a Quarantine Digest will be
delivered to your inbox that same day. See below
for a sample or click here
for a full screen shot.
Simply look through the list
and choose an action on any particular message if
desired. The current actions available per message
are as follows:

View - Shows the
entire contents of the message in quarantine.

Release - Pulls
the message from quarantine and delivers it to your
inbox.

Release & Report
- Performs the same action as release, but also
reports the message as legitimate to the central
spam database.
Once you have sifted through the quarantine and released
any messages you want to keep, simply delete the
quarantine digest. The remaining messages in
quarantine will automatically be deleted. It's
that simple!
In the event that a bulk or unsolicited message does
make it past our scanners, you can forward the entire
message to
spam@commspeed.net for further review.
