Overview

From time to time CommSPEED may experience problems with their network and/or systems. During these times we strive to notify our customers as soon as the problem arises so that our customers are promptly notified of any system abnormality. This page describes the various indications of our current network and system status. If you have any questions about our notification system, please feel free to contact technical support and they will assist you.

WARNING - System Performance Affected

A component of CommSPEED's system is experiencing performance issues or may be experiencing minimal intermittant outages. This is usually limited to a single service like a hosted web page or a single mail server. You may or may not be affected by this type of problem.

SEVERE - Major Network Outage

CommSPEED is experiencing a major system outage. This usually implies multiple service areas are offline or CommSPEED's connection to the internet backbone is unavailable.

UNAVAILABLE - Current Status Unknown

The current status of the system is UNKNOWN. This does not imply that our service is experiencing a problem. This status should be updated shortly. Please check back in a few minutes.
